PRIVATE PILATES
In our tailored Private Pilates Classes, we can give you all the attention and support you need to work on your own goals and requirements. Private Pilates sessions are great for injuries and rehabilitation or anyone who would like a bit more TLC etc. We are used to working with your physiotherapist’s guidance and instructions along the healing journey.
