Our open level Studio Equipment classes are specifically programmed to increase your strength, joint stability, co-ordination and balance. If you have an injury we recommend a Private session first, otherwise you are welcome to come to any class on the schedule.

Pilates is for every body. The one thing physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors wish their clients would do is Pilates.

We focus on increasing your overall strength, balance, flexibility and heightening your body awareness which prevents injury and allows us to keep doing the necessary things and the enjoyable activities as we get older.

During our classes you will use the reformer and studio equipment to create a dynamic form of exercise that builds core strength while testing stability with a rolling carriage and resistance springs.

Daily practice for big results.
