A fun, challenging, full body workout on the Pilates Reformer machine. A class that strengthens, aligns and lengthens the body using springs for resistance.
A Therapeutic Pilates class including gentle exercises to stabilise and stretch the body to allow more ease and freedom of movement. Balls, bands and the Pilates Reformer machine is used to help achieve this. If your practitioner has suggested that you do Pilates, this is the right class for you. Monique has been certified to teach people with injuries and special populations since 2004.
